Outdoor Sauna & Cold Plunge in London

Looking for an outdoor sauna in London? The Cabin sits right on Clapham Common: real heat, an ice-cold plunge and open sky between rounds. 55 minutes, no membership, from £19.99. Book my session

Why choose an outdoor sauna in London?

Indoor spa saunas are warm boxes under strip lights. Ours is different. You step out of the heat into fresh air, cool off in the plunge, then sit back with the trees and sky of Clapham Common around you. Hot, cold, fresh air, repeat. It’s the closest thing to a Nordic sauna you’ll find in the middle of London.

What a session at our London outdoor sauna looks like

Each session lasts 55 minutes. Most people do a few rounds: 10 to 15 minutes in the sauna, a plunge or a breather outside, then back in.

Pick a guided session and our team will walk you through it, or an open session to go at your own pace. The cold plunge is always optional, and you can step out whenever you like.

The perfect recovery after a run or workout
Clapham Common is one of London’s busiest running spots, and many of our guests come straight from a run, a parkrun or the gym. Heat helps you loosen up and switch off, the cold plunge wakes you back up, and an hour later you leave feeling reset. It’s become a weekly ritual for plenty of local runners and gym-goers.

Your questions, answered

Is the outdoor sauna open in winter?

Why winter is the best time for a sauna
The colder and darker it gets, the better a sauna feels. Stepping from deep heat into crisp winter air is a feeling you can’t get indoors, and it’s the perfect antidote to grey London days. That’s why our season runs through the colder months, when a warm hour outdoors matters most.

What happens if it rains?

The sauna stays hot whatever the weather, and our heated cosy corner gives you somewhere warm and dry between rounds.

Do I need to have done a sauna before?

Not at all. Most of our guests are first-timers. Book a guided session and we’ll show you everything.
