Terms & Conditions

1. General

By booking or attending a sauna or cold plunge session with The Cabin Sauna, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests and to protect our team and business.

2. Health & Safety

  • All guests must be over 16 years old unless otherwise agreed in writing (family sessions).
  • You must be in good general health and free from any medical conditions that may make sauna or cold-water exposure unsafe.
  • If you are pregnant, have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, respiratory issues, diabetes, or any other medical condition, you must consult your GP before attending.
  • Do not attend if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • You are responsible for monitoring your own comfort and wellbeing throughout the session. Leave the sauna or plunge immediately if you feel unwell, light-headed, or uncomfortable.
  • Staff instructions and safety guidance must be followed at all times.

3. Personal Responsibility

Use of the sauna, plunge pool, and surrounding areas is entirely at your own risk. The Cabin Sauna and its staff accept no liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during or as a result of participation, except where caused by proven negligence.

4. Hygiene & Conduct

  • Please shower before entering the sauna or plunge.
  • Swimwear is required at all times.
  • Respect others’ personal space and maintain appropriate behaviour.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

5. Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Bookings are non-transferable without prior consent.
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session may be eligible for rescheduling.
  • No refunds are provided for no-shows or late arrivals.
  • The Cabin Sauna reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to maintenance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative session or credit.

6. Property & Belongings

Please keep valuables with you. The Cabin Sauna is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.

7. Photography & Social Media

By attending, you consent to non-identifiable photos or videos being taken for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any content, please inform a staff member before your session.

8. Liability Waiver

By booking or attending a session, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with sauna and cold-water exposure and release The Cabin Sauna, its owners, and employees from any claims or liability arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
